Part of my prepping goals is to have readily-available flashlights as part of all my kits. Whether that is a plate carrier, chest rig, backpack, or ruck, as well as EDC.

Amazon has these 4-packs for $19, in both 5.24" and 3.55". I bought a bunch of these and threw 1 (or 2) in every chest rig, plate carrier and backpack I have. Cheap, and works well enough without being blinding bright.
